Can I still renew my Aviation Medical Certificate after it has expired?
Yes, you can renew a lapsed Aviation Medical Certificate within 24 months from its expiry by undergoing a 'Renewal' licensing medical examination. However, once the Aviation Medical Certificate has expired for more than 24 months, you will need to apply for an 'Initial' licensing medical examination.
Please be reminded that licence holders shall not exercise the privileges of their licences unless they hold a valid Aviation Medical Certificate
