Are airlines transporting Dangerous Goods while transiting through Singapore required to obtain the Dangerous Goods permit from CAAS?

Yes, airlines transporting Dangerous Goods to, from or through Singapore must apply to CAAS for a Dangerous Goods permit prior to transporting dangerous goods as cargo on their aircraft. More information can be found in the Air Navigation Order – Paragraph 50D.
