If my existing clients do not have a subregion reflected on BRIGHT, how should I update their subregion?
SP / ICCP users who are completing InterRAI re-assessments for their existing (in-flight) clients, will need to complete the following steps to ensure that for clients who do not have a subregion at the point of re-assessment, have their subregion tagged correctly.
You will need to access the client's profile page. You can do so either by
Clicking on the client's name on the referral card on your dashboards (You can search for the client using their name, NRIC/FIN or referral number)

or by searching for the client's profile through the global search at the top-right corner (NRIC/FIN only)

On the client's profile page, if the client does not have a subregion, you can automatically update the client's subregion by clicking on "Retrieve from ICA".

You will see the following when the client profile has been updated successfully:

Next, check that the client's subregion has been updated accordingly.

Once the subregion has been reflected, CCPS will be able to retrieve this information accordingly. You can then proceed to notify the correct ICCP to do a care plan for the in-flight client.
If you are an SP / ICCP user who is accessing a client's profile through the global search feature, you may encounter the situation below where you do not have the ability to "Retrieve from ICA".

This is because the client is not known to your organisation or your ICCP subregion. Your next steps to update the subregion is to either
approach AIC (slr.referral@healthgrp.com.sg) to request for their assistance in updating the subregion,
or if you are certain you will need to raise a referral for the client, to create a referral with the relevant services, and thereafter access the client's profile page again where you will be able to update the subregion accordingly.
