I would like to know what referrals (past and existing) have been raised for my patient/client. How do I do so?
You may view all referrals currently tagged to a patient/client under their profile. Click on their name to access the profile page.
PHI and AIC users will be able to click on specific referrals to explore the referral in greater details. SP users can only view the referral list but will not be able to click into any referrals.
