I run into multiple errors when I attempt to save / submit my migrated referrals from IRMS. Why is this so?

As we have made significant changes to referral fields between IRMS to BRIGHT, we have tried to closely match the referral fields when we migrated the information over to BRIGHT.


We seek your assistance in making the necessary changes to fields that have been highlighted by the systems when you attempt to save / submit the referral. Once the errors have been resolved either by editing / keying in the necessary information, you should be able to save / submit the referral.

Also, as there is a character limit within each referral fields, some fields which have exceed characters limits will run into issues when you attempt to save / submit the referral. You will need to reduce the number of characters before proceeding. We suggest using pair.gov.sg to help you summarise key information in fields where you are attempting to reduce the character count!
