Yes! Referrals are editable up until a service provider has accepted / scheduled the referral. This would mean that referrals cannot be edited under the following statuses:

• Accepted/Scheduled

• Admitted by service provider

• Discharged

• Closed

However, take note that for RAF edits, RAF edits cannot be made once a referral has the following statuses:

• On waitlist

• Assigned to service provider

• Accepted/scheduled

• Admitted by service provider

• Discharged

This is because the referral is assigned to an SP based on the facility type selected. Thus once the referral is assigned, we are preventing changes to the facility of the referral. If there is any changes to be made to the facility, please withdraw the referral to "Pending AIC review". The RAF can then be edited accordingly.
