Yes, selected users from Public Health Institutions (PHIs) will be able to retrieve medical information from their respective EMRs (NGEMR or SCM) for the purpose of creating referrals. Medical information that will be retrievable are problem lists, medication, and allergies.

You can do so by clicking on the retrieve info from EMR button on the Medical report tab of the referral. If you do not see the button, reach out to your organisation's Endorsing Officers (EOs) to grant you the required permission.
