BRIGHT will automatically retrieve client biodata from verified government sources (e.g. ICA) when you are creating referrals.

Simply create referral and key in the client's NRIC:

Verify the client's name and citizenship. This is retrieved from official government sources based on the NRIC you input. [For clients known to BRIGHT, we will retrieve their existing name and citizenship from their previous referrals].

On the referral form, verify that the biodata (gender, date of birth, citizenship and NRIC address) is accurate. Else you may click on 'Update Client Profile' to update information from government-verified sources.

If the above information is inaccurate or out to date, you may choose to update the appropriate fields via the client profile page (by clicking on the client's name).

Once in the client's profile page, click on the pen icon to edit the necessary information.
