For subsidised Home Nursing service, you need to get a referral from a hospital, polyclinic or GP who is familiar with you or your loved ones’ condition and needs, or alternatively, visit an AIC Link near you.

Cost of service starts from $80 per visit before means-testing subsidy. If you require financial assistance for the service, please speak to your service provider or the Medical Social Worker in the hospital or polyclinic.
