Having multiple chronic illnesses is not a criterion to be eligible for MediSave Care. To be eligible for MediSave Care, you need to fulfil all of the following criteria:

a. Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.

b. Aged 30 and above.

c. Certified by an MOH-accredited severe disability assessor (www.aic.sg/assessors-list), to be severely disabled (i.e. unable to perform three (3) or more Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).

d. Minimum MediSave Account balance of $5,000.
