Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents who are living overseas are eligible for MediSave Care. However, you need to have a minimum MediSave Account balance of $5,000 and also fulfil the following criteria:

a. Aged 30 and above.

b. Certified by an MOH-accredited severe disability assessor (www.aic.sg/assessors-list), to be severely disabled (i.e. unable to perform three (3) or more Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
