How do I sign-up for functional screening if I am keen to attend?

You may sign-up to attend functional screening through one of the following methods:

1. Call in to AIC Hotline at 1800 650 6060.

Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 8.30pm*

Saturday: 8.30am to 4.00pm*

*excluding public holidays

2. Walk-in at your preferred screening time and venue for registration.
