Functional screening will be conducted at Community Centres/Clubs, Residents’ Committees or public spaces islandwide on a scheduled basis. You may wish to go to the one nearest to your home.

If the available screenings do not fit your schedule or are not near your home, you may leave your contact details (Name, NRIC, Contact Number and Full Address) via the Singapore Silver Line (SSL) at 1800-650-6060. AIC will contact you to share more details when the next available screening is scheduled near your home.
