How can I apply for Centre-based Respite Care (CBRC)?

There are two ways to apply for Centre-based Respite Care services:-

1. Apply through a social worker or case manager

If you have a social worker or case manager, you may apply for the service through them. You can also enquire about subsidies with them.

2. Apply directly to a participating day care centre

You can approach your preferred Day Care centre directly. Kindly speak with the centre regarding the services, availability, charges and subsidies.
