Upon receiving your application for Centre-Based Respite Care service, the centre will contact you to arrange for a Pre-admission Assessment with both you and your loved one at the centre. This session is to allow the centre to better understand the needs of you and your loved one. The centre will also share if there are other considerations and requirements before your loved one is enrolled into the service.
