The Seniors' Mobility and Enabling Fund (SMF) is a co-payment scheme and applicant needs to top-up the balance and pay for the cost of maintenance.

Please make sure that your SMF application for the device is approved before you purchase it. Purchases made in advance cannot be reimbursed under SMF as subsidies are only provided through an approved application.
