As part of a fair and impartial investigation, it is usually necessary for the Allied Health Professional to be called upon to answer any allegation(s) made against him/her. Hence, it is a legal requirement for us to furnish a full copy of your SD, complaint letter and supporting documents to the allied health professional and any other person who may be called upon to assist in the investigation of the case.
