Can AHPC help me assess whether there are grounds for me to lodge a complaint?

The AHPC does not assess whether there are grounds for individuals to lodge a complaint. Generally, the AHPC only looks into issues that are stipulated under Section 39(1) of the Allied Health Professions Act.
