You can ballot for peak hour slots 14 days (from 12am) before your preferred date, with ballot results sent the next day. Successful ballots are randomly assigned, giving everyone equal opportunities to book a slot. You can also book non-peak hour and any unassigned ballot slots 12 days (from 12pm) before your preferred date. These slots are available for booking on a first-come, first-served basis.

Peak hours refers to:

- Mondays to Fridays, between 6pm - 10 pm

- Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays, between 7 am and 10 pm

Non-peak hours refers to:

- Mondays to Fridays, between 7am – 6pm
