Since its launch in 2018, My Active Health App has served ActiveSG members’ needs to track their health and fitness data, connect with our coaches, and provide convenient booking of Active Health programmes. 

With the introduction of the refreshed web-based membership and booking platform, MyActiveSG+, Sport Singapore hopes to streamline its operations and consolidate all booking of public sport facilities and programmes in one platform. 

ActiveSG members can continue to visit the 9 Active Health Labs located islandwide for a guided health and fitness assessment with the assistance of our Active Health coaches. To book a time slot, they may visit our website here. The members’ health and fitness results will be shared with them via email, through FormSG.
