You can apply in two ways:

1. Online submission (by e-form): Visit eFAS with your Singpass and upload required documents.

2. Obtain the application form from the General Office or download a copy from MOE website.

School will be able to process your application promptly if you have provided the complete information indicated in the form, together with the relevant documents.
