It would be ideal to implement the community service initiative within one (1) year of your participation in Mission X. However, in the event that you are unable to complete it within your term of leadership, your juniors may continue the initiative. However, the application for funding should be done in your name, within one (1) year of your participation in Mission X. Funding applications received beyond one (1) year of participation in Mission X will be subject to management approval.
