Student leaders who have an existing community service initiative can look forward to the following support:

• Project consultation to understand the objectives of your project, its current state, as well as your desired outcomes. It would also be useful for Youth Corps to understand how your project team functions, and the challenges faced by your team;

• Observation session to visit the project during one of its sessions, to review current practices and make recommendations on how the project can be enhanced to increase its impact on volunteers and the community you are serving;

• Evaluation session to assist the project team to chart out the path ahead for the sustainability of the project; and

• Project funding where required, subject to management approval.
