Updated by WSG There are four categories of support provided under the CTP:
^ Industry-level projects involve one lead company/association, and other companies that take part in the project and the associated capability transfer training.
What components can be supported under the CTP?
- Foreign specialists brought into Singapore to train locals
- Remote capability transfer from foreign specialists
- Local specialists (previously trained by foreign specialists or trained overseas) conducting capability transfer training for locals, and
- Local trainees sent overseas to acquire new capabilities
- Salary of specialists conducting training in Singapore or local trainees sent overseas
- Attachment-related costs such as Cost of Living Allowance (COLA)
- Airfare
- Venue costs (only applicable for industry-level projects)
- Equipment costs (only applicable for industry-level projects^)
