How can I get help if I have any technical difficulties?

There are 3 different modes of technical support available: 

1.    Live ChatBot 
  • You can click on Chatbot icon found at the bottom left of the screen to reach out for technical enquiries
  • A purple icon indicates that live support is available if you need urgent help accessing live events such as Virtual Job Interviews, Virtual Workshops and Seminars.
2.       Online form

You can send your enquiries via an online form on Career GRIT using the following: 
a) On a desktop 
  • Click on the “?” user guide button found beside “Log in” button. 
  • Select the "Click here" button found under Need further technical assistance header
Or
  • Click on “Contact Us” under Help Centre header found  at the bottom of any page on Career GRIT 
b) On mobile 
  • Select “User Guide” on the menu bar found on top left corner
  • Select the "Click here" button found under Need further technical assistance header
Or
  • Click on “Contact Us” under Help Centre header found at the bottom of any page on Career GRIT
3.    Email
