To update personal or employment details, please log in to the Professional Registration System (PRS):

Click ‘Login for professionals and partners’ at www.TCMPB.gov.sg
Select ‘Registered TCM Practitioner’.
Click ‘Log in with Singpass’.
Enter Singpass ID and password.

After logging in, go to Administration and select ‘Update Particulars’. Then, select the fields you wish to update and upload relevant supporting documents in PDF if required.

Please upload the required supporting documents for the respective changes:

Change in employment pass details	Certified true copy# of front and back of employment pass
Change in residency status to permanent resident or Singapore citizen	Certified true copy# of front and back of NRIC
Change of name appearing on NRIC (including Chinese name if applicable)	Certified true copy# of deed poll, and Certified true copy# of front and back of NRIC
New or change of employment details including place(s) of practice For conditionally registered TCM practitioners For fully registered TCM practitioners who are the owner or partner of the TCM clinic	Confirmation letter* of employment from employer Business profile from ACRA

# Certified as true copy by authorised personnel of the local employer. Certification must include company or clinic’s official stamp/ seal and certifier’s full name, signatory & professional designation.

* The confirmation letter should be on company letterhead & contain the following information:

· Company or clinic name, address & contact details

· Clinic name & address of practice place if it if not the same address as the main office/ HQ

· Employment terms (e.g. full-time/part-time, no. of TCM sessions per week, commencement date, designation, etc.)

Letter must be signed by authorised personnel of the employer and include signer’s full name, signatory & professional designation. Company or clinic’s official stamp/ seal is required in the absence of company letterhead.
