Can I submit a complaint against the TCM clinic or hospital?

The TCMPB only considers complaints against registered TCM professionals and is not legally empowered by law to look into complaints against the TCM clinic or hospital. If the service is not administered and/or delegated to a non-registered person by a registered TCM practitioner, such matters would not be under the TCMPB’s purview.
