After each session, remind your supervisee to submit the Acknowledgement of VCO Sessions FormSG for verification of the session. (Please note that supervisees will have to login via Singpass.) VCOs are to continue to submit your accumulated log sheets to SPS_VCO@pris.gov .sg for endorsement. The VCO Team has phased out the use of pen-and-paper logsheets where supervisees sign the log sheets physically. If your supervisee requires tech-support, please assist him/her with Step 1 from above. However, if it is absolutely necessary to revert to pen-and-paper, the logsheet document is found on the SPS VCO Catalogue found here .
