What is a ROAMS pass?

Updated by SPSVCO

Replacement of Access Management System (ROAMS) is a pass, separate from the volunteer pass, required to enter Changi Prison Complex. It allows access to the institutions.

It is compulsory for VCOs to have a ROAMS pass to ensure smooth entry into the institutions when needed. (The older volunteer pass is used to access lockers in the clusters.)
