What is Home Detention?
Home Detention is a Community Based Programme (CBP) that provides an avenue for suitable inmates, to serve the tail-end of their remaining sentence in their residences. This is to facilitate a more gradual and structured reintegration, with the help of their family. Inmates will be placed on tagging and will be assigned a Reintegration Officer.
