Would drug detainees be emplaced on Community-based Programmes (CBP)?
Drug abusers at the Drug Rehabilitation Centre will undergo Community-based Programmes (CBP) if they are found suitable to be emplaced in the community. They will receive structured aftercare and supervision to facilitate their reintegration back into the community.
