How do I lodge a complaint against a nurse?

Updated by SNB

You may consider writing to the healthcare institution (e.g., hospital or clinic) or ask to speak to the nursing officer in-charge of the patient regarding your concerns or feedback.

As the service provider, the healthcare institution has the responsibility to assist in the first instance and to address your feedback concerning the conduct or practice standards of a nurse.

Please note that SNB only regulates the professional conduct and ethics of registered/enrolled nurses, registered midwives and Advanced Practice Nurses.

For more information, on lodging a complaint, please refer to the "Complaints" page on our website.
