What is the Qualifying Period (QP) to attain CPE points?
CPE points are accumulated on a yearly basis, from 01 September of the current year to 31 August of the following year to coincide with the renewal of practising certificates. This period is called the Qualifying Period (QP). Please refer to "For Nurse/Midwife" page for more information.

I am a newly registered/enrolled nurse and have recently obtained my PC. It appears that the PC will expire by 31 December of the same year. Does that mean I will have to apply for the renewal of my PC before 30 November (otherwise there will be a late payment fee from 1 December)? Is there a prorated fee?
