I lost my hardcopy Registration Certificate (a B5 certificate embossed with a red seal)/ Enrolment. How do I replace it?

To apply for a replacement of your RC, you can submit an online application to replace your certificate. A non-refundable application fee is chargeable.

If you have lodged a police report for the loss of your RC, please submit it together with your application. More details on Replacement of Certificates.

Once the application is approved, an electronic certificate(s) will be issued to you.
