Please refer to the following two scenarios:

If you have been away from your last nursing practice in Singapore for less than 5 years, you can apply for the renewal of your Practising Certificate. However, we may need you to provide information on your past employment details during your period of absence.
If you have been away from your last nursing practice in Singapore for more than 5 years (up to 10 or 15 years depending on whether you have ever practised in Singapore before that), you are considered to have lapsed in nursing practice and will need to complete a Return to Nursing Programme first before you can resume your nursing practise. Please refer to "Return-to-Nursing Programme" page for more information.
