I am a new Singapore Permanent Resident and have just obtained my NRIC.  I am unable to log in to PRS via Singpass. What should I do?

Please submit an update of your residential status here.

 

You will need to attach the original colour copy of your NRIC (front and back) in the application so that we can assist with the update of your identification number and you will be able to login using Singpass after that.

Once SNB has received and verified that the required document is in order, we will proceed to update in the system. After your record is updated, we will notify you and you can proceed to log in.
