When do I need to inform SNB of changes to my personal particulars?

You need to inform SNB (within 28 days of the change), if there is a change to your personal particulars:

  1. Name

  2. Address

  3. Email Address

  4. Telephone number

  5. Employment and Place of Practice (only for nurses/ midwives on General registration)

  6. Nationality/ Residency Status
