When do I need to inform SNB of changes to my personal particulars?
You need to inform SNB (within 28 days of the change), if there is a change to your personal particulars:
Name
Address
Email Address
Telephone number
Employment and Place of Practice (only for nurses/ midwives on General registration)
Nationality/ Residency Status
