I am residing in Singapore and I wish to provide telehealth / telemedicine / teleservices for patients who are residing in another country. Do I need to register with SMC?

Updated by SMC

Doctors residing in Singapore who provide medical services to patients located outside Singapore must hold full registration with the SMC and have a valid practising certificate. They must also determine whether registration with the medical regulatory authority in the patient's country is required, and comply with that country's regulations accordingly.
