What are the SMC’s requirements and application process for conditionally registered (C-reg) doctors to be deployed as an Emergency Ambulance Service (EAS)/ Medical Transport Service (MTS) Crew Leader?
SMC’s requirements for C-reg doctors to be deployed as EAS/MRA Crew Leader can be found in this document [PDF, 100 KB]. Please note the Clinical Governance Officer’s Responsibilities as well.
Healthcare institutions are to submit the completed standard form [PDF, 184 KB] to inform SMC on the list of C-reg (L2/L3) doctors deployed for EAS /MTS Crew Leader. C-reg doctors can be deployed immediately after submitting the form containing the list of EAS /MTS Crew Leader to SMC. The completed form must be emailed to SMC@spb.gov.sg and smc_supervisory@spb.gov.sg.
