All eligible voters who fail to vote will be imposed a penalty fine. You may pay the penalty fine of S$500 by the following modes of payment:

a.   PayNow:

•    Login to PayNow of your selected bank.

•    Select the Unique Entity Number (UEN) option for payee.

•    Enter “T08GB0054J”. If entered correctly, you should see “Singapore Medical Council” in the confirmation page.

•    Under Description/Reference field, enter your MCR number and the text “Election”. (For example: “M12345A Election”)

•    Once you have made the payment, please send the screenshot of the successfully completed payment page to SMC_Election@spb.gov.sg.

b.   Internet Banking:

•    Login to Internet Banking of your selected bank.

•    Create Payee as Singapore Medical Council (SMC) with the following Bank details:

o DBS 067-001393-0

•    Perform a bank transfer to SMC.

•    Under Description/Reference field, enter your MCR number and the text “Election”. (For example: “M12345A Election”).

•    Once you have made the payment, please send the screenshot of the successfully completed payment page to SMC_Election@spb.gov.sg.
