Do I need a PC to practise in Singapore? How do I apply for it?
Doctors who are registered with SMC will need a valid PC in order to practise medicine in Singapore. You can apply for a PC by submitting an online application through the SMC Professional Registration System (PRS). Even if your employer is paying the PC application fee on your behalf or you are paying through GIRO, you must submit the application on PRS for the renewal of PC.
