Updated by SLA For remnant lands to be sold directly to only one party, a formal offer will be issued within 8 weeks from the date that SLA receives the application for straight forward cases. This waiting time is required for SLA’s consultation with the relevant authorities such as URA, LTA, NEA, etc.
For complicated cases which involve road reserves or drainage reserves, etc., or where a closed tender between adjoining owners is necessary, you should receive a formal offer within 20 weeks from the date SLA receives the application.
