When can I occupy the remnant State land?

You can occupy the land once two conditions are met:

1. You have submitted the acceptance letter and made full payment of the land to SLA; and

2. SLA has obtained President's approval of the sale of the remnant land. We will inform you in writing as to when you can occupy the land.
