How is State Land sold? / What is the government's policy for selling State Land?
The Government's policy is to sell State Land that is capable of independent development to the public through a public tender or an auction. This is the fairest way to sell State land and is transparent to the public. This policy is to ensure a level playing field so that every interested party has an equal opportunity to bid for the use of State land.
