Yes, you can apply for a copy via INLIS. As Leases are not available in digital format, a hardcopy will be sent to you by fax or alternatively, you can request for it to be delivered to you by post. Please contact INLIS Helpdesk at 6238 9353 if you require assistance. 

 

As a photocopy of Lease is not a document of title, it cannot be used for registration purpose. If you need the Lease for registration purpose, you will have to apply for the issue of a Subsidiary Certificate of Title (SCT). Please engage a lawyer or check with HDB on the Application for SCT.
