How do I find out the particulars of a owner of a private property?

You can find out the particulars of the registered owner of a private property by searching on the relevant title using "Property Ownership Information" service in INLIS. You may use any of the following search keys :- 
 
a. Property Address 
b. Building/Development Name 
c. Postal code 
d. Land Lot Number
e. Strata Lot Number
f. Title Document Number
 
 
Note: This product does not include information on instruments pending registration which may affect ownership.
