Will SLA speak to the successful tenderer who wins the tender to see if they are able to take in existing tenant who did not win the bid?

The agreement between the successful tenderer and its prospective sub-tenant is privy to the parties. Once the parties have reached an agreement, the successful tenderer can seek SLAs approval prior to subletting the property.
