What happens after I receive the Letter of Acceptance?

You are to prepare the required documents and payments as specified in the Letter of Acceptance, prior to signing the Tenancy Agreement. On the appointed date and time, a tenancy briefing is conducted on use and tenancy requirements of the property where you will forward the requisite items to the Singapore Land Authority (SLA) and sign the tenancy agreement. Following which, SLA would hold a joint site inspection and deliver vacant possession of the property to you. All keys and any other supporting documents on the property, if available, would also be handed over to you.  You are advised to make your private arrangement to secure the property as SLA will terminate its security service for the property.
