Can I use my base tier SkillsFuture Credit [SkillsFuture Credit (Opening Credit) and One-off SkillsFuture Credit Top-Up] on a course that is not listed on MySkillsFuture portal? How can I do so?
If you have identified a good course that supports your employment but it is not found on MySkillsFuture portal, you could send your request to us via our service portal SSG-WSG service portal. We will evaluate your request and inform you of the outcome within 10 working days. We will only review requests to use SkillsFuture Credit (base tier) for course(s) completed not more than 6 months from the date of receipt of request.
