What is the difference between a refund request and a refund that I initiated myself?
A refund request happens when the Agency (SkillsFuture Singapore) asks you for a refund. On the other hand, a refund that you initiated is triggered by yourself to return the SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) to the Agency.
